How do I pay?

I accept payment through Paypal. You do not have to have an account through Paypal, any major debit/credit card can be used in conjuntion.

How long until my order ships?

Unless an item is marked RTS (ready to ship) which will ship in 2-3 business days, most orders are made to order and current production time is running 1-2 weeks prior to shipping. 

*NOTE: Preorders will ship with RTS items, if you would like RTS items sooner, please purchase SEPARATELY.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is $3.00 for the first item and $1.50 for second or more items within the United States. Due to the recent rise in postal costs, International shipping starts at $9.00 per item with an additional $2.50 for more items or items that must ship in a box do to delicateness.

Shipping within the US is done via USPS First Class Mail ( typically 3-7 days nationwide) and International orders via USPS First Class Mail (typically 7-14 days) 

Sixpence & Sage is not and cannot be held responsible for items that are lost in the transit process.

How do you handle returns?

If you are , for some reason, unsatisfied with an UNUSED item that you ordered please contact me directly and I will work with you and do everything I can to insure you are satisfied with your product. I strive towards quality lasting craftsmanship. Embellishments may vary depending on availability. You will get an embellishment similar to the image shown, but may NOT be exact. 

I cannot be held responsible for color variances from monitor to monitor, please be aware of this difference when purchasing.

I use vintage or antique fabrics and elements in my designs, and by nature they may have light stains, holes or imperfections. These cannot be returned and are sold "AS IS"

How do I care for your props?

I strongly recommend a gentle hand wash in mild detergent for cloth items and sets. Be mindful of any embellishments or delicate ties. Reshape, and lay flat to dry. I am not responsible for mishaps during improper care and do not issue returns , refunds, or exchanges on improperly cared for items.

NOTE: Every baby is different and not all items will fit every baby. I follow general guidelines for the sizes specified.

Are your items safe for newborns?

These items are created and intended as PHOTOGRAPHY PROPS ONLY to be used by experienced photographers. They are NOT intended as every day wear for newborns. Certain items will have fine & small materials or embellishments added to them that may be choking hazards to infants. NEVER leave an infant or newborn unattended with any of these props. Sixpence & Sage cannot be held responsible for the failure to comply with this safety warning.
